1. If the Software Prompts: OBD access error, please contact us and our technicians will configure the operation in the background. Then you only need to manually select the binding to enter OBD. This is because your car does not support OBD communication, not a product problem.

2. If there is a Problem with Bluetooth Communication: you need to check the phone's operating system, usage permissions, network, etc.

Please check OS version of your device because scanner is compatible with devices of OS Android 4.4+(with64-bit processor) and iOS 11+

🔷Please make sure the dongle is firmly plugged into the OBDII Port.

🔷Please make sure that the network is stable.

🔷Please make sure that the vehicle is started or the ignition switch is in "ON" position.

🔷Please allow APP to access your Permission: Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth>Enable the AD20PRO.

3. Failed to Clear SRS Fault Codes or Other Fault Codes: The manufacturer stipulates that some codes can only be cleared after the faults are eliminated, which means that you need to get the vehicle repaired first. Because it will affect the driving safety of the vehicle if the fault is not solved.
