๐ก VCI Bluetooth Connection & Software Troubleshooting Guide
Dear customer, thank you for your support! If you're having trouble connecting the device or opening the software, please follow the steps below:
VCI Bluetooth Indicator Behavior:
โถWhen inserted into the car's OBD port, the VCI's blue light will flash briefly.
โถ Once connected via Bluetooth, the blue light will stay on constantly.
โถSupport Mobile Phone & Tablet Computer > Android: 7.0 above & IOS: 10.0 above
Common Issues & Solutions:
Blue light is ON but device cannot connect or open the software package:
Please check:
๐นIs it still connected to a previously paired phone/ tablet? Disconnect it and pair with your current device.
๐น In the APP, check if the Bluetooth icon at the top right is green (means connected).
๐น Go to APP > Bluetooth Settings and make sure the Bluetooth name matches your device SN.
Bluetooth light is OFF:
๐น Ensure Bluetooth is connected in your phone's system settings first (search for SN name ), then go into the app and select the same SN.
๐นIf multiple phones can't find the VCI Bluetooth name, the VCI may have a hardware issueโplease contact us,we will solve to u.
Software Error: License Expired or Cannot Open Brand
๐น Only one vehicle brand wonโt open: Likely due to an unstable internet connection while downloading.
โ Solution: Long press the brand icon to delete it > reconnect to internet > redownload.
If unable to delete, uninstall the APP and reactivate.
๐น Multiple brands wonโt open: Activation info may be incorrect.
โ Solution: Delete activation info > reactivate your device > connect VCI > re-enter the software.
